Connecting Trustoo to Display Reviews

Trustoo is a product review app for Shopify stores. Connecting it to Quizify lets you surface star ratings and review counts on your quiz result page — reinforcing trust in your product recommendations at the moment customers are deciding whether to buy.

Before You Start

• Trustoo must be installed and active on your Shopify store

• Products you are recommending should have published reviews in Trustoo

Where to Find the Trustoo Integration in Quizify

1. Open Quizify from your Shopify admin

2. Go to Integrations in the main navigation

3. Find the Reviews section or look for Trustoo specifically

4. Click Connect or Enable

The Connection Process

1. Select Trustoo from the list of supported review apps in the Quizify integrations panel

2. Confirm or authorise the connection — Quizify detects Trustoo installed on your store and links to it

3. Save the settings

Once connected, Quizify retrieves review data from Trustoo for products displayed on the result page.

How Trustoo Reviews Display on the Result Page

When connected, each product card on the quiz result page shows:

• A star rating from Trustoo

• A review count

Review placement follows your result page layout and design settings in Quizify.

What Happens for Products with No Trustoo Reviews

If a recommended product has no published reviews in Trustoo, no rating or review count is shown for that product. The product card displays as normal — only the review section is absent.

How to Verify Reviews Are Appearing

1. Complete your quiz on the live store to reach the result page

2. Check that the recommended products show Trustoo star ratings and review counts

3. If reviews are missing, confirm Trustoo is connected in the Quizify integrations panel and that the relevant products have reviews published in Trustoo
