Connecting Omnisend to Quizify

Omnisend integrates with Quizify to automatically add quiz leads to your Omnisend contact list. Answer tags from the quiz are included as contact properties, making it easy to segment and personalise your Omnisend campaigns based on quiz outcomes.


Before You Start

  • You have an Omnisend account

  • The user information form is enabled on your quiz with the email field included

  • You have access to your Omnisend API key


Step 1: Find the Omnisend Integration in Quizify

  1. Open Quizify from your Shopify admin

  2. Go to Integrations in the main navigation

  3. Find Omnisend in the list

  4. Click Connect or Set Up


Step 2: Get Your Omnisend API Key

  1. Log in to your Omnisend account

  2. Go to Store Settings (gear icon)

  3. Select Integrations & API

  4. Under the API section, click Create API Key

  5. Copy the generated key


Step 3: Enter the API Key in Quizify

  1. Paste your Omnisend API key into the API key field in the Quizify Omnisend integration settings

  2. Click Connect or Verify

  3. Quizify will validate the key and display your connection status


Step 4: Configure Audience Settings

Once connected, review the audience configuration options:

  • Confirm which contact list or segment quiz leads will be added to

  • Check how consent status is handled if you have a marketing consent checkbox enabled on your quiz


Step 5: Save and Test

  1. Save the integration settings

  2. Complete a test quiz using a real or test email address

  3. Log in to Omnisend and check that the contact was created

  4. Confirm that answer tags appear as contact properties


How Answer Tags Appear in Omnisend

Quiz answer tags are synced to Omnisend as custom contact properties. You can use these properties to:

  • Build segments based on quiz results

  • Personalise email content using merge tags

  • Trigger automation workflows based on quiz outcome data
