Connecting Loox to Display Reviews

Loox is a photo review app used by many Shopify stores. Connecting it to Quizify lets you display star ratings and review counts from Loox on your quiz result page, adding visual social proof at the point of recommendation.

Before You Start

• Loox must be installed and active on your Shopify store

• Products you are recommending should have published reviews in Loox

Where to Find the Loox Integration in Quizify

1. Open Quizify from your Shopify admin

2. Go to Integrations in the main navigation

3. Find the Reviews section or look for Loox specifically

4. Click Connect or Enable

The Connection Process

1. Select Loox from the list of supported review apps in the Quizify integrations panel

2. Confirm the connection — Quizify detects the Loox app on your store and links to it, or prompts you to authorise access

3. Save the settings

Once connected, Quizify pulls review data from Loox for products shown on the result page.

How Loox Reviews Display on the Result Page

When Loox is connected, each recommended product on your result page shows:

• A star rating based on Loox reviews for that product

• A review count

The placement of the review elements follows your result page layout settings in Quizify.

What Happens for Products with No Loox Reviews

If a recommended product has no Loox reviews, the review section is not shown for that product. The product card still appears with all other information — only the star rating and review count are omitted.

How to Verify Reviews Are Appearing

1. Take your quiz to the result page on your live store

2. Confirm that recommended products show Loox star ratings and review counts

3. If reviews do not appear, check that Loox is connected in the Quizify integrations panel and that the products have published reviews in Loox
