Thank You Page with No Product Recommendation

The Thank You Page is one of the four recommendation types in Quizify. When you select it, the quiz ends with a customisable message instead of displaying product recommendations. No products are shown. This type is designed for lead generation quizzes, survey-style quizzes, or any situation where capturing customer information is the goal rather than directing them to a product purchase.


When to Use the Thank You Page Type

The Thank You Page recommendation type is the right choice when:

  • Lead generation is the primary goal — You want to capture the customer's contact details without immediately directing them to buy.

  • The quiz is a survey — You are collecting responses for research or segmentation purposes, with no product outcome intended.

  • All answer paths lead to the same message — Your quiz ends with the same thank you regardless of how the customer answered.

  • You want full control over what happens next — You can pair the Thank You Page type with Quick Redirect to send customers to a specific URL (such as a confirmation page or external resource) after the quiz.


How to Set Up the Thank You Page Type

  1. Open your quiz in the Quizify editor

  2. Go to Settings within the quiz

  3. Find the Recommendation Type setting

  4. Select Thank You Page

  5. Navigate to the Result Page settings

  6. Enter the heading and message you want customers to see when they complete the quiz

  7. Save your settings

Once configured, every customer who completes the quiz will see your custom message — no products will be shown regardless of which answers they selected.

Customising the Thank You Message

You can configure the text that appears when the quiz ends:

  • Heading — A short title to greet the customer (for example, "Thanks for completing the quiz!" or "We've got your answers.")

  • Description — A longer message explaining what happens next — for example, that they will receive a follow-up email or that their responses have been recorded.

  • Buttons — You can add a call-to-action button that links customers to a URL, such as your homepage, a specific collection, or a booking page.

These settings are configured in the Result Page section of your quiz settings.


How This Differs from Hiding Products in Other Types

The Thank You Page is a dedicated recommendation type — it is a setting you choose in your quiz configuration, not a workaround. This is different from:

  • A Normal quiz where some answers have no product links (which results in an empty result page for those customers)

  • A Score or Type quiz where a specific range or type is left without product links (which produces a blank outcome for that segment)

When you use the Thank You Page type, no product recommendation logic runs at all. The quiz collects answers and customer information, then ends with your message. If you want some quiz outcomes to show products and others to show only a message, use the Normal, Score, or Type recommendation type and configure individual outcomes accordingly.
