Setting Up a Thank You Page

The Thank You Page is one of the recommendation types in Quizify. When selected, the quiz ends with a customisable message on the result page — no product recommendations are shown. You configure what customers see by setting the content on the result page in the quiz editor.


How to Configure the Thank You Page Content

  1. From the Quizify dashboard, click the edit quiz icon next to your quiz to open the quiz editor

  2. Click Result in the left menu

  3. Set the content you want customers to see — heading, description, buttons, and discount code if applicable

  4. Save your settings


What You Can Add to the Result Page

When the Thank You Page recommendation type is active, the result page supports the following content:

  • Heading — The main title shown to customers (for example, "Thanks for completing the quiz!" or "We've got your answers.")

  • Description — A supporting message explaining what happens next, such as a follow-up email confirmation or a note about their responses being recorded

  • Buttons — A call-to-action button with a URL, directing customers to your homepage, a specific collection, or any other destination

  • Discount Code — A dedicated field to display a discount code to customers who complete the quiz


Selecting the Thank You Page Recommendation Type

The content settings above only apply if your quiz is set to use the Thank You Page recommendation type. To confirm or change this:

  1. Open the quiz editor

  2. Click Recommendation in the left menu

  3. Find the Recommendation Type setting

  4. Select Thank You Page

  5. Save

Once this type is selected, the result page will show your configured message to every customer who completes the quiz, regardless of their answers. No products will be shown.
