Viewing Quiz Submissions

Every time a customer completes your quiz, a submission is recorded in Quizify. The submissions dashboard is where you can view and browse all of these responses.


How to Navigate to the Submissions Section

  1. Log in to Quizify from your Shopify admin

  2. In the main Quizify navigation, click Submissions (or Responses)

  3. The submissions list will load showing all recorded quiz completions


What the Submissions List Shows

Each row in the submissions list represents one completed quiz response. The columns typically include:

  • Quiz name — Which quiz the customer completed

  • Date and time — When the submission was recorded

  • Customer name — The name submitted in the user information form (if enabled)

  • Email — The email address submitted (if collected)

  • Final score or result type — Shown when the quiz uses a score-based or type-based recommendation; the value reflects the outcome for that completion (product-recommendation quizzes may not show this column)


Filtering Submissions by Quiz

If you have multiple quizzes, you can filter the list to show submissions from a specific quiz:

  1. Find the Quiz filter at the top of the submissions list

  2. Select the quiz you want to view

  3. The list will update to show only submissions from that quiz


Pagination

Submissions are listed in reverse chronological order — newest first.

If you have many submissions, they are paginated. Use the page navigation at the bottom of the list to move between pages.


Expanding a Response

Each submission row can be collapsed or expanded. When you expand a row, Quizify shows the full response for that customer in the same view: a table of every question and the answer they gave, including answer images where the quiz collected them, and download links for file upload answers.
