Dashboard Overview

The Quizify dashboard is your central workspace for building quizzes, reviewing customer responses, and managing how Quizify connects with the rest of your store. Knowing where each section lives saves time and helps you get the most out of the app.

The Main Navigation Menu

The left-hand sidebar contains the main navigation menu. Every major area of Quizify is accessible from here, and the active section is highlighted so you always know where you are. The five core sections are: Quizzes, Submissions, Analytics, Integrations, and Settings.

Quizzes

The Quizzes section is your quiz library. This is where you create new quizzes, edit existing ones, and manage their publication status.

From this section, you can:

  • Create a new quiz using the Create Quiz button

  • Open any existing quiz to edit its questions, logic, or results

  • Duplicate a quiz to use as a starting point for a new one

  • Enable or disable a quiz without deleting it

If you manage multiple quizzes, use the search bar at the top of the quiz list to find one quickly.

Submissions

The Submissions section stores every response customers submit through your quizzes. Each submission includes the answers provided and the product recommendations that were shown.

Use this section to:

  • Browse and filter individual customer responses

  • Review which answers led to specific product recommendations

  • Export submission data for further analysis

Submissions are tied to the quiz that generated them. If you delete a quiz, its submission history is also removed.

Analytics

The Analytics section gives you a performance overview for each of your quizzes. You can see how many customers started and completed a quiz, where drop-offs occur, and which results are shown most often.

Key data available in Analytics:

  • Start rate — how many visitors began the quiz

  • Completion rate — how many finished it

  • Top results — the most frequently recommended products or outcomes

  • Question-level drop-off — where customers exit the quiz

Use question-level drop-off data to identify questions that may be causing confusion or friction.

Integrations

The Integrations section (sometimes labeled Apps) is where you connect Quizify to external tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other Shopify apps.

From this section you can:

  • Browse available integrations

  • Connect and authenticate third-party services

  • Configure what data is sent to each connected tool (for example, passing a customer's email and quiz results to your email platform)

Each integration has its own configuration options. Refer to the specific integration guide for setup details.

Settings

The Settings section controls global preferences for your Quizify account and quizzes. Changes made here apply across your entire setup unless overridden at the individual quiz level.

Settings you can manage here include:

  • Branding defaults (colors, fonts, logo)

  • Language texts

  • Custom CSS
